Aurelia Bake House began with one oven, one whisk, and a habit of baking before sunrise. The name means "golden" — it's the colour of a good crust, and the light we're usually working by.
Every cake is mixed, baked, and finished the same day it's promised to you. No walk-in freezers of pre-made stock — just what's ordered, made fresh, and boxed with care.
